acceptable stay but with a drawback
fruit quality poor fruit quality
the staff proved personable and accomodating. they arranged transportation well, including a shuttle service.
i found the breakfast buffet disappointing. there was no variation, and the fruit quality seemed poor. i expected better from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

really good experience with fine views
airport transfer clean vehicle
the staff was fantastic and always ready to assist. i especially enjoyed the complimentary airport transfer in a clean vehicle. throughout my stay, every request was handled promptly. a complimentary bottle of water was provided daily (a nice touch!).
the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. water easily splashed onto the floor during showers. this created a minor inconvenience after each use of the shower.

the hotel provided complimentary shuttle services from the airport! this ensured a smooth arrival. upon request, the staff promptly arranged transportation to local car rentals. the breakfast buffet included various options, guaranteeing a satisfying start to the day. the hotel features views of the windmills and cruise ships traversing the aegean sea.
the gym equipment could benefit from some updating.

The staff were attentive. Our room had a balcony overlooking the sea. The view was amazing!!! A complimentary shuttle service from the airport made arrival seamless.
